Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit framesolo.com or join the FrameSolo waitlist. In short: there are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and your email address is used for one thing only, to tell you when FrameSolo launches.
1. Controller
FlensMedia, Marc FrädrichRude 14, 24941 Flensburg, Germany
Email: moin@flensmedia.de
Phone: 0156 78526731
A data protection officer is not required and has not been appointed.
2. Visiting the website
The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a hosting and security provider. To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the requested page, date and time, and browser information. This data is not used to identify you and is not combined with other data.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure, fast and reliable website. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply to transfers to the USA.
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties.
3. The launch waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we store:
- your email address,
- the date and time of your sign-up,
- that you gave consent, and which version of the consent text you agreed to.
Purpose: to send you a notification when FrameSolo launches. It is not a newsletter. We will not send marketing emails, will not share your address and will not use it for anything else.
Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by emailing moin@flensmedia.de. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Storage: entries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that is restricted to the EU jurisdiction, so the data is stored and processed in the European Union. Access is limited to the controller.
Spam protection: to prevent abuse, the number of sign-up attempts per IP address is limited for a short time. The IP address is only used for this check and is not stored with your entry.
Retention: we delete your address as soon as you ask us to, and in any case no later than six months after the launch notification has been sent, or when the project is discontinued.
4. Contacting us by email or phone
If you contact us, we process the data you send us to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). To use any of these rights, email moin@flensmedia.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein (ULD), Kiel, Germany.
6. Changes
We will update this policy if the website or the waitlist changes. The current version is always available on this page.
